My name is Jaime Montes and I have an Associate’s Degree of Arts from San Antonio College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in History from Texas A&M University - San Antonio. In addition, I have years of experience working with both local and county government and the private sector. I am confident that in the hands of our staff and attendants, our clients always receive the best care.

My name is Salvador Hernandez and I have an Associate’s Degree of Arts from Laredo College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration concentration in Marketing. I had the opportunity to study abroad in China and experience first-hand the development of business success and management. Mi Salvador Home Care has allowed me to have a better understanding of the necessities of our community in order to better serve our clients and their families.
Mrs. Perla Bernal
Chief Administrative Officer/Alternative Administrator
My name is Perla Bernal, I have an Associate’s Degree of Arts from Laredo College and I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Concentration in International Economics from Texas A&M International University in December 2021. My main motivation as Alternative Administrator is being able to help our staff and attendants be successful in their duties.
Mrs. Clarissa Pedroza
Business Clerk
My name is Clarissa Pedroza and my job is to assist the agency’s administration to ensure that each of our clients and vendors receive high quality services as well as a prompt response to their needs. The empowerment and dedication I receive from Mi Salvador Home Care aides me in providing excellent services to our clients. My motivation and inspiration to work hard are my children and grandchildren.
